Join us for our on-going Herbal Tea Tastings... a fun way to get to know some everyday herbs in a more personal way. In each class, we will sample 3 different herbal infusions or decoctions that directly support the organ or body system of the month.

We will sip our tea and talk about each herb going over the medicinal, spiritual and energetic properties of each plant. Ideas will be shared on how to use the herbs in other ways such as in bathing, infused oils, hydrosols, flower essences and as food.
